Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines on how we handle returns and exchanges for items purchased from our store, regardless of the fulfillment provider.


1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 28 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange. We require you to submit a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence, to help us investigate and resolve the problem.

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 28 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a claim.

Custom Items (e.g., Jerseys)

Please note that jerseys are non-refundable once purchased, as they are custom-made. If you believe there is an issue with your custom jersey, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and determine if a resolution can be provided.


2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Unclaimed Orders: Unclaimed shipments are returned to the fulfillment facility. If the order goes unclaimed for 30 days, it may be donated to charity or disposed of, and you may be responsible for the reshipment costs.
  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Some products, such as face masks or other sealed goods, cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. At this time, only Jerseys are non-refundable.

3. Items Ineligible for Returns or Refunds

Certain issues are not eligible for refunds or reprints, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in the artwork or design placement not caused by the printer.
  • Issues related to limitations of the product (e.g., fabric type, bleed areas) that were part of the design specifications.
  • Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size or color.

4. Return Process

How to Submit a Return Request:

  • Step 1: Contact us at bayarea@umuigbounite.com within the eligible time frame (28 days after receiving the product).
  • Step 2: Provide a detailed description of the issue, including clear relevant photo or video evidence.
  • Step 3: We will investigate the issue and coordinate with our fulfillment providers to determine the best resolution (reprint, refund, or exchange).

5. Refunds and Reprints

Fulfilled Orders

  • If an error is deemed to be the fulfillment provider's fault, we will either replace the affected item(s) or issue a refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed in the form of a store credit or to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for products still in transit unless the package is deemed lost by our Support team.

General Guidelines:

  • If the shipment has been delivered but the customer claims it was not received, we will individually investigate the case, but our fulfillment providers reserve the right to deny refunds or reprints in such cases.

6. Exclusions

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address them.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer automatic size exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size and would like a different one, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

Sealed Goods

Sealed products, if we have any, are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons. If you return these items, they will be disposed of, and you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


7. Responsibility for Reshipping Costs

You will be responsible for any reshipping costs associated with:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Unclaimed packages.
  • Re-shipping items due to size exchanges or customer-initiated returns.
